Fox Knives

Fox Knives has been building knives in Maniago since 1977. The range is wider than most people expect, running from serious tactical karambits to slim gentleman folders you could take to a wedding.

The house steel is N690Co, a Böhler stainless with cobalt that holds an edge well and forgives a lot, which is a good part of why Fox knives age gracefully. Collaborations with designers like Bob Terzuola brought models such as the Pacifico into the catalogue.

Everything is made in Italy, and Fox is one of the few Italian makers that covers kitchen knives, multitools and outdoor blades under one roof.
