Helle has been making knives in Holmedal on the Norwegian west coast since 1932, and the recipe has barely changed. Laminated stainless steel, curly birch, leather.
These are outdoor knives in the Scandinavian sense, simple, light, comfortable in the hand over a long day. Several models are still finished by hand, which you can see in the grain of every handle.
