'Continuing a nearly 100-year tradition, Boker knives are once again made in the USA. We’re proud to present the first American-made project from our Denver, Colorado facility. In the wide, sparsely populated expanses of North America a hunter is entirely self-reliant, carrying all equipment and game over long distances, so every gram saved matters—yet the kit must remain highly functional and utterly reliable. The BOKER USA BACKCOUNTRY is designed without compromise to meet those demands. Its flat blade and handle scales keep weight to a mere 58 grams, while the compact profile still delivers excellent cutting control, aided by jimping at all critical points including the spine behind the tip. The blade is CPM MagnaCut steel (61–62 HRC) with a horizontal brushed finish, offering an outstanding combination of toughness, corrosion resistance, and edge retention. The handle scales are signal-orange G10, and the knife is finished with a precisely fitting Kydex sheath. These features make it ideal for hunters, anglers, pack and bike packers, everyday carry, or anyone seeking top performance in a compact, lightweight package.
