Boker Plus Fire Ant Black

'Biting, hardworking and efficient, fire ants are known for their industrious nature and painfully burning stings — and the Boker Plus Fire Ant transfers those defining traits to everyday cutting tasks. The knife has a drop-point blade of corrosion-resistant 1.4116 steel with a toxic satin finish that serves as its “mandible.” It deploys with a flipper, and a double-detent ball mechanism keeps the blade securely open: two balls in the liner press against the open blade and provide retention that can be overcome to close it easily. Textured black polypropylene handle scales deliver excellent grip, and several worker-ant accents appear as stabilizing fire-red backspacers; the knife also includes tweezers and a reversible tip-up clip.
