'With a blade under 6 cm, the Boker Plus Five Point Nine stays well within the 12 cm limit set by the German Weapons Act and can be carried legally as a fixed-blade knife. Its sturdy full-tang construction combines a 440C drop-point blade with a stonewash finish and rounded light-brown Micarta handle scales, proving this compact tool stands up to larger knives. Thomas Krug, a full-time custom tattoo artist at M.B.F. Messer (Mein Bester Freund) in Germany, applied his artistic eye to the design: the spine and rear of the handle feature pronounced jimping for enhanced grip and control, while the bolted scales show gill-like cutouts. The blade’s shape and features make the Five Point Nine an excellent everyday backup or neck knife. It includes a lanyard hole and comes with a precision-fitting Kydex sheath.'
