TOPS Knives Frog Market Special Mini

Most knives don’t scale well, but the Frog Market Special is an exception. Popular for outdoor food prep and even in some kitchens, its XL version was easy to enlarge from the original and the mini was equally easy to reduce. The design works beautifully at many sizes: a fine point for gouging, boning, peeling and other precise cuts, and a belly positioned toward the back of the blade that takes some getting used to but is very practical. The Mini adds new carrying and use options—ideal as a neck knife, pocket or belt carry, or an everyday blade. Made with a 1095 carbon-steel blade, Micarta handle and a versatile Kydex sheath.
