'Drawing on decades of martial-arts and combat-tactics instruction for elite military and law-enforcement units, James Williams designed the HZ4 as a modern tactical knife. Evoking the shape of a Japanese hira-zukuri sword, the HZ4 offers the same strong cutting performance as the larger HZ6 in a more compact form. Its Japanese-style tanto blade is made from durable SK-5 carbon steel with a black coating for a subdued look. The textured G10 handle provides a secure grip in wet conditions and with gloves, and the modular, high-retention Kydex sheath enables discreet carry.'
