Iridium is element 77 on the periodic table. Kershaw treats the metal with a special process to produce a compact folding knife with a thumb stud and DuraLock locking mechanism. The spear-point blade is made from D2 tool steel on ball bearings, deploying silky-smooth and ready for any task. A stonewash blade finish and bronze-colored anodized pivot screw and backspacer with an integrated lanyard hole provide subtle accents. The ice-blue aluminum handle is exceptionally robust, fits securely in the hand, and offers versatile carry with a reversible deep-carry clip (tip-up).
