Sleek, simple and built to resist corrosion, the long-awaited Para 3 Lightweight Salt is an ideal everyday knife for people who work on or near the water. It uses the Para 3 Lightweight platform and a PlainEdge blade made from CPM MagnaCut, a powder-metallurgy stainless steel that delivers an excellent blend of edge retention, toughness and corrosion resistance. The fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) handle is injection-molded in bright yellow for high visibility and features Spyderco’s bi-directional texturing for a secure grip even when hands are wet. The package is finished with a sturdy Compression Lock, a convertible tip-up wire clip, and other components precision-machined from corrosion-resistant materials.
