Medium and fine grit diamond plates quickly restore a sharp edge, while the fine grit ceramic stone produces an extremely keen finish. The innovative Pivot Response System lets the abrasive follow the blade’s curve, making manual sharpening faster, easier, and more precise. Interchangeable sharpening guides set to 20° or 25° are optional to use, and the pivot can be locked to create a rigid surface for sharpening a wide range of knives and tools.'
