Combining their decades of experience with our nearly 150 years as a Solingen knife manufactory, we created a range defined by dynamic lines, excellent handling and impressive cutting performance—rated “recommended by leading retailers.” Each blade blank is made from a chromium–molybdenum–vanadium alloy (X50CrMoV15), hand-forged in Solingen, structurally optimized and hardened to 58 HRC. A traditional hand grind is then highly polished for longer life and an even finer edge. The forged bolster ensures a secure grip and protects against slips, while the gently rounded spine makes the knife comfortable in any position and prevents discomfort under pressure, for example during a rock chop. Practical, perfectly proportioned synthetic handles complete the design; they are highly moisture-resistant and suitable for use in professional kitchens where hygiene standards must be upheld.'
