We used their extensive experience and daily practical insights into cooks’ needs to shape the Boker Core series, combining that feedback with nearly 150 years of expertise as a Solingen knife manufacturer.\n\nThe result is a knife with dynamic lines, excellent balance and exceptional cutting performance, awarded the quality rating "recommended by leading retailers." The solid blade blank is made from a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy (X50CrMoV15), ideal for premium kitchen knives. Each blank is hand-forged in Solingen, structurally refined and hardened to 58 HRC. To extend service life and achieve an even finer edge, the traditional hand grind is highly polished.\n\nA forged bolster provides a secure grip and protects the user in case of a slip.
