'Developed together with young knifemaker Alex Kremer and Daily Customs, the Boker Daily Knives AK1 is a compact, highly versatile everyday carry that has already achieved cult status. Alex Kremer, born in Fulda in 1993, began making knives at 18 and still draws inspiration from extensive trips through Scandinavia. The AK1 features a short reverse-tanto blade in powder-metallurgical CPM MagnaCut (61–62 HRC), a high-performance steel that offers excellent corrosion resistance and outstanding edge retention. The ergonomically shaped handle scales are crafted from wild carbon fiber for a comfortable grip and can be removed with the supplied Torx key, allowing easy replacement with a variety of alternative scales developed with Daily Customs. The precisely machined full tang and a reversible lanyard hole—which can be rotated into the handle once the scales are removed—reflect the knife’s tight manufacturing tolerances and make quick customization straightforward. The knife comes with a quality black Kydex sheath fitted with a sewn-in Ulticlip and locking spring clip for secure, easy pocket carry. Handmade in the Boker Knife Manufactory in Solingen.'
