It features a black tanto blade made from easily sharpened D2 tool steel and a handle that combines lightweight stainless steel with non-slip green G10 for excellent grip—even when wearing gloves. Designer Carson Huang uses a proven thumb stud for opening and a robust frame lock with an additional safety to secure the blade.
