Boker Manufactory Forge Santoku

Boker Manufactory Forge Santoku

The Boker Forge kitchen knife line pairs modern, dynamic styling with classic materials and high-quality construction. Made from X50CrMoV15 chrome-molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel, these knives are well balanced and comfortable to use thanks to an ergonomic handle design. Black handle scales of high-quality ABS are secured to the full-length tang with three stainless steel rivets. The blade profile and transition to the bolster make sharpening straightforward and, with proper care, ensure long-term reliable performance.\n\nThese knives should be hand washed only and are not dishwasher safe. They come packaged in a high-quality gift box and offer excellent value for the price.\n\nThe Santoku is a Japanese-style utility knife that has grown in popularity in Europe. Its name, translated as "The Three Virtues," reflects its versatility for meat, fish and vegetables; the wide blade also makes it particularly easy to handle.
