Helle Gaupe

Named after the Norwegian word for lynx, this knife shares that animal’s character: striking in appearance and strong in performance. The Gaupe has a classic Scandinavian profile with a small finger guard and a hand-shaped handle for a secure grip. Its curly birch handle is sanded to a satin finish and firmly attached to a stick-tang blade of triple-laminated stainless steel. The knife is supplied with a traditional, high-quality leather sheath.
