'A classic reimagined: timelessly traditional yet interpreted in a contemporary way by Boker Plus. The original Trapper is named for the trappers who roamed North American forests to hunt. Its 19th-century design is defined by slim lines and distinctive upper and lower bolsters on the handle. Rather than a nail nick and slipjoint, the Boker Plus Hidden Release Trapper is an automatic knife that uses its matte stainless-steel bolster to open and release the satin-finished D2 blade—simply slide the discreetly integrated bolster lock upward (US Design Patent by CobraTec). The bolsters’ industrial look is echoed in the fine, non-slip texture of the ergonomically shaped black G10 handle scales, and the design is neatly rounded off by a deep-carry clip (tip-up, right).
