South African knife designer Johan Jordaan, inspired by the slim Japanese Kwaiken gentleman’s knives, created a robust fixed-blade version. While retaining the original’s understated Japanese aesthetic, his interpretation is noticeably more progressive. Built on a full-tang Nitro-V blade, this Kwaiken handles everyday cutting tasks with reliable, stoic precision. The textured black G10 handle adds a playful touch and is striking both visually and to the touch. Supplied with a lanyard hole and a Kydex sheath.
