Developed in collaboration with Italy’s Fox Knives, the character of the manual model has been translated into an impressive automatic: powerful, direct, and uncompromising. The specially developed Böhler Hybrid Cryo steel was cryogenically hardened in liquid nitrogen and combines tool-steel performance with good resharpenability and corrosion resistance. The blade deploys with a push button and is held in place by spring tension rather than a lock; a slide control also allows manual locking and unlocking in both the open and closed positions. True to Midgards design, the blade is very thick, making demanding cutting tasks effortless. The matching titanium handle is extremely comfortable and includes a lanyard hole.'
