The Military 2 retains that reputation while adding meaningful improvements: a flat-ground CPM-S30V powder‑metallurgy blade is secured by Spyderco’s signature Compression Lock instead of a liner lock, delivering greater strength and more secure one‑handed operation. The stainless steel liners that form the lock are larger for increased structural rigidity, and G10 handle scales keep the knife light and maneuverable.
