Spyderco Para Military 2 Micro-Melt Maxamet

Carpenter Technology Corporation developed the Micro-Melt Maxamet steel for the bearings in its cylindrical grinders. As one of the few manufacturers capable of hardening and processing this exotic alloy, Spyderco uses it in a select number of U.S.-made knives. This Para Military 2 maintains all the features of the standard model while adding Maxamet’s outstanding edge retention and toughness. Models with this blade steel typically feature gray G10 scales.
