'With an average blade length of 4.57 inches, these knives are sized for use with gloves, including heavy heat-protective gloves. The handle scales are uniformly made from heat-resistant G10 with Dönges’ non-slip honeycomb texture. Each knife features a 4-way reversible wire clip (for tip-up or tip-down, right- or left-side carry), D2 steel blades for excellent edge retention mounted on a ball-bearing pivot, jimping at the blade base for working with fibrous materials, a retractable belt cutter, and a glass breaker. The all-black Professional Tactical model has a steep tanto point with a chisel grind on one side. It was designed with the needs of patrol officers and law enforcement in mind—who often must remove stickers from license plates when immobilizing vehicles—filling a functional gap left when the older baton with an integrated scraper was replaced by the shorter extendable baton (EKA). The blade can be opened by either a finger flipper or a thumb stud.'
