Viper Sakura Bocote Santoku

'The Sakura Kitchen Knife series is a collaboration between Viper and Danish knifemakers Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnæs. Blades are made from nitrogen-alloyed Nitro B steel (58–59 HRC) and fitted with 3D-milled bocote handle scales, giving the series an attractive look and feel. A textured transition from handle to blade and decorative screws on the scales enhance the refined appearance—this line is a clear step above ordinary kitchen knives. The Santoku, increasingly popular in Europe, is a traditional Japanese utility blade whose name means "the three virtues." Versatile for meat, fish, and vegetables, its wide blade also makes it especially easy to handle.'
