'A restrained playfulness and quiet intensity define the Boker Plus Sanjo. Designed by Guy Poggetti of Marseille—who blends art, technology and craftsmanship—the pocket knife channels a neo-Japanese aesthetic inspired by the town of Sanjo in Niigata Prefecture. Its VG10 Tanto blade runs on ball bearings for smooth deployment and handles everyday cutting tasks with stoic efficiency. When opened the flipper tucks neatly between stainless-steel liners that mirror the blade’s stonewash finish and house a sturdy liner lock. The look is completed by brown burlap micarta handle scales and a matching backspacer. Supplied with a quality nylon case, a right-hand tip-up clip and a “Sanjonara” greeting from the Land of the Rising Sun.'
